The Center for Education and Research in Construction is housed in Bay B of Building 5 on the Sand Point campus at Magnuson Park. The facility features 25,000 square feet of meeting space on two levels, suitable for activities ranging from hands on building activities or hosting a small meeting, to exploring a full-scale prototype in either a physical or digital space.
