The Center for Education and Research in Construction is centered on research, scholarship, and discovery. While the Department of Construction Management has a rich history of connecting with industry through research and education, the Center was formalized in 2009 with the opening of our Sand Point facility in Magnuson Park, and the inauguration of the then Pacific Northwest Center for Construction Research and Education (PNCCRE).
In January 2015 the PNCCRE was renamed the Center for Education and Research in Construction (CERC) and we renewed our commitment to industry.
